Glamazons,
Nothing against dresses (you can shop a ton here) but every New Year’s Eve party doesn’t require a frock, minidress or gown. You can make pants or shorts just as festive, and still be the belle of the ball.
Don’t believe us? Check out these outfit ideas from jumpsuits to tuxedo pants that would be perfect for ringing in the new year.
1. Jumpsuit
Throw on a cute wrap jumpsuit, and jazz it up with bright satin pumps, a luxe faux fur coat (I wore that one here!), a bib necklace and a bold lippie.

2. Tuxedo Blazer
If Glamazon Janelle Monae taught us anything about style, it’s that you can wear a tuxedo blazer and pants, and still be the hottest Glamazon in the room. If you don’t want to go for strictly black and white, add a pop of color with a pair of pumps or a bedazzled clutch. A dark lip adds just enough sex appeal.

3. Sequin Shorts
If you’re lucky enough to be ringing in the new year in a warm destination, why not go for sequin shorts? Do not fear: if you choose the right fit and shape, they’ll look sexy and stylish. Make your outfit look more refined by pairing the shorts with a tuxedo blazer, a corset and glitzy sandals. A smoky eye compliments the look perfectly.

4. Trousers
If you want to rock a pair of trousers without a suit jacket, a sequin or embellished blouse will do the trick. Throw on a luxe faux fur jacket and a dazzling piece of jewelry to rev up the glam factor.

What are you planning to wear to celebrate New Year’s Eve, Glamazons? Happy 2014!
