The nineties are officially back- Doc Martens, rolled up jeans and crop tops. Yes, crop tops. I was too young the first time this trend came around but now I am getting that stomach right for this trend like Rihanna, Cassie, and Ciara.

No seriously, Glamazons we have to do some crunches, as well as cardio. Because without the cardio, the amount of sit-ups does not matter if you have a layer of fat hiding the abs. So hit the treadmill too!

If you’re really serious about looking like Ciara in her crop tops, you may have to make some dietary changes too. A diet low in carbs but high in protein will help you burn fat in no time!

The most flattering way to bare your midriff is with tops that are loose and skin your body. They should hit just below the navel unless you are feeling a little daring.

Pair the top with something high-waisted so you aren’t so exposed. The more loose the top, the tighter the waist on whatever you choose to pair the shirt, to balance out the volume.
