I have a love/hate relationship with the color chartreuse. It always made me think of Shrek and it was one of those “so ugly it’s kind of cute” colors. But I tried a chartreuse nail polish and it’s been love ever since. Especially after seeing the way designers like Christopher Kane and Burberry Prorsum sent chartreuse down their Spring 2011 runways, which made me excited to see the color on people who didn’t resemble Shrek.
