I wear them every once in a blue moon but I’ve never been a body-con kind of girl. Cut-outs are definitely attention-grabbing but I’m not always in the mood to wear them. When I want to feel sexy, I tap into the season’s hottest new trend: off shoulder necklines.

I’ve always preferred flirty dresses with a hint of mystery as opposed to in-your-face sexiness. And the erotic zone of the moment — the neck and shoulders — teases skin without screaming “look at me.” But rest assured: off shoulder necklines command just as much attention, if not more so.
