You know how we’ve been drooling over Kerry Washington aka Olivia Pope‘s wardrobe on “Scandal” since forever? I mean, I do a recap post of what Liv wears after every episode (kudos to wardrobe stylist Lyn Paolo). A brand is finally tapping into the Scandal fashion craze, and we’re not talking about the uber-expensive Armani, Prada and Dior lines either. Starting this fall, we can shop her on-air looks with The Limited x “Scandal” Collection.
I’m so excited that The Limited is partnering with the show because they’re known for sophisticated work-friendly pieces and the prices are affordable! Kerry Washington agrees: “People who love the look of the show can now step into this world in a way that is affordable and accessible because not everybody can afford to have the clothes they see on the show.” #Truth.
Kerry teamed up with Lyn Paolo and The Limited’s head of design Elliot Staples for the collection, and she was really hands-on with the process: “It’s been really fun to have a voice at every stage of the production from picking buttons, choosing fabrics and weighing in on hair and makeup people.”

The collaboration, which is one of the first to include a retailer, TV show, costume designer and lead actress, yield 42 pieces ranging in price from $49 to $248. It will be available online and in 250 Limited stores in late September.
And in case you were wondering, Olivia Pope will mix in The Limited x “Scandal” collection with other brands on the show. Can’t wait to see the pieces!
