Covet List: Suno for Uniqlo, Lulu Frost for JCrew and Charlotte Olympia Perfume Clutches

Hi my dearest Glamazons!

So, question: if I spend all day online shopping, since I’m a fashion blogger, can’t I just say I’m doing it for my job/readers…instead of because of my horrid retail addiction? If that flies, I’ve been working hard for you, Glamazons. And since it’s Tuesday, I’m sharing all the amazing Spring pieces I’ve found online with you to assauge my guilt make your Spring wardrobes amazing! Here’s what we want this week:

Suno for Uniqlo

Suno for Uniqlo, please get in my closet! Suno‘s prints are the stuff of legend inspiring nail stickers, dressing the hottest of celebrities (Katy PerrySolangeLindsay Lohan, Rachel Bilson, Beyonce):

…and blowing us all away at Fashion Week:

Of course, I’ve wanted to own a piece since forever but the prices are sky-high (and deservedly so). That’s why news of a collaboration with Uniqlo is making me giddy! And it gets better: the prices are from $19.00 to $39.90. Get your life (Tamar voice)!

Inspired by Suno‘s gorgeous Spring 2013 collection, the limited-edition offering of printed dresses, tops and jeans will hit stores May 20th. Suno co-creative director Erin Beatty had this to say about the collaboration with Uniqlo: “[We wanted to take] something that felt distinctly American, and then mix it up in a Suno way. We wanted to create something sweet, straightforward and easy.”

Kate Spade for Keds

I plan to hit more than a couple music festivals this summer and let’s be honest, as much as I love my neon heels, they don’t work so well on grass. Unless I plan to wear my Havianas flip flops until the straps snap in half, I need to invest in some sneakers. And thank you Kate Spade and Keds for allowing me to do this in the cutest way. Their collaboration has yielded adorably printed sneaks in pink, yellow chevron (you know how Solange and I love yellow) and navy polka dots. The playful patterns and vibrant colors making wearing sneakers as chic as possible.

And I spotted these pointer sneakers on former Teen Vogue Beauty Director Eva Chen‘s Instagram. I can’t explain how much I need those:

Lulu Frost for J. Crew

When I was working on this post, I couldn’t help but notice how glamazing J.Crew jewelry is. Maybe I’m late but gah, their necklaces are so beautiful and perfect I can’t deal! (I definitely only went there for chic basics and now, will be stalking their jewelry selection). It’s no wonder they’ve hooked up with jewelry maven Lulu Frost (for the sixth time!).

The dazzling baubles, which incorporate leopard prints, crystals and bold yellow and turquoise color, are priced at  $98 – $278 and hit JCrew.com and J. Crew stores on May 20th.

Nasty Gal ‘Tara’ Platform

You can never have too many shoes, so please don’t be mad at me that a new pair shows up on the Covet List every week. They’re my weakness. The Nasty Gal ‘Tara’ platform is one of those shoes that I think were made for Glamazons.

The combination of the ankle strap (obvs we love those), satin floral print and the super modern clear color-injected heel is just brilliant. Like are these shoes “Pride and Prejudice” or “The Matrix”? It’s just mind-blowing. I need them. Pick them up below:

Charlotte Olympia Perfume Clutches

So, cool story: Perfume always makes me think of my phenomenal grandmother who in battling health troubles this past year, has proven she’s the strongest woman I know. Since I’m a fashion and beauty girl and I remember how her hair was always perfect, nails always painted, lipstick always refreshed and she always smelled like Elizabeth Taylor ‘Diamonds,’ I’ve been quietly keeping on top of these things while she’s been sick. It’s the little things for a woman that make you feel great, am I right?

Anyway, I was so happy when yesterday, she requested that I bring over her perfume so she could put it on before she went to the doctor. She was too sick to think about that before so this is my official sign that’s she’s “back” and in much better health. God is awesome!

Needless to say, perfume always makes me think of her, my Southern belle, since it’s the last thing she puts on before she leaves to go out. So how could I not love these adorable Charlotte Olympia perfume clutches that just scream ‘classy lady’? The pink one so reminds me of my grandmother, and I’m pretty sure she has something just like it sitting on her dresser.

Shop them here (and warning, they’re a pretty penny!):

Are you loving any of my finds this week, Glamazons? What are you coveting to spice up your Spring wardrobe right now? Tell me in the comments!

Kisses,

Glamazon Jessica
