Scandal last night was so intense, right? Spoiler Alert: The minute I heard Donny Hathaway playing and Rowan gave what felt like his last words to Liv, I started drowning in a sea of feelings. I was so emotionally spent I barely made it through the rest of the episode, which was full of twists and turns. From the blood on Liv’s coat (the horror) to her clothes being moved into the White House at the end (where they happen to look amazing, might I add), this was a dramatic episode for Liv’s wardrobe too.

At the end of the episode, we see Liv’s clothing being moved into the White House against her will. Fitz thinks he’s helping her and “keeping her safe,” but it’s clear Liv feels she’s losing any semblance of autonomy and freedom. It was a great juxtaposition to see Liv looking lifeless on the chair in her new closet and her Dad, also in a chair, kidnapped and bound by Huck. They’re both prisoners now in a sense. As bad as we feel for Liv, we have to admit that Limited coat looked good in the White House:
