Finally – Cookie is back! Well, not completely. We just got a sneak peek of the Lyons family matriarch in the trailer for Empire‘s much-anticipated second season. I don’t know if it’s the upcoming guest appearances (Kelly Rowland! Ludacris! Tyrese!) or the fact that I met Bryshere Gray (Hakeem) on the street at Essence Fest (that happened), but I cannot wait until Empire returns on September 23rd. In the meantime, let’s get into that trailer!
