Hey Glamazons,
So if you follow me on Insta, you know I recently took a trip to Dubai last week and the hotels, while gorgeous, didn’t show “Empire.” The horror! Fortunately, I was able to pick up right where I left off this week and Cookie is giving me life per usual. As I mentioned in my recap two weeks ago, costume designer Paolo Nieddu (working in tandem with makeup artist Karen Lynn, who we interviewed here) is cultivating a new refined, sophisticated look for Cookie this season without abandoning her love for over-the-top glamour. We see more high fashion ripped from the runway but Nieddu still sprinkles in an animal print look or flashy Moschino jacket here and there. We’re loving her new sartorial direction so far, and last night’s wardrobe took our obsession to a whole new level.
Let’s get into what she wore PLUS the look for less!
