Versace for H&M? Glamazons, this has got to be a dream!
Versace is an iconic, legendary brand, synonymous with boldness, decadence and luxury—and H&M is making that glamour accessible to all! This is just too good to be true.
I had the great fortune of meeting Donatella and let me tell you: she’s a rock star and a total genius. The fact that TOP designers such as herself are catching on to the masstige craze really speaks to the value of catering to the masses. We spend—and when it comes to limited-edition designer collections, we spend like crazy.
So…ready for the deets?
The August 2011 designer collaboration will signal a return to iconic Versace style with sleek leather pieces and luxurious prints—all designed by Donatella. It will encompass men, women and home pieces and will debut on November 17th in 300 stores worldwide and on hm.com. There will also be a pre-Spring collection for H&M designed by Donatella which will be available online on January 19, 2012.
