Glamazons,
Valentine’s Day is upon us, and if you’re like me, you don’t see anything wrong with taking the opportunity to indulge in your obsession with all things sexy and red. Yes, it’s a hallmark holiday but if people (i.e. at stores, in commercials and on social media) insist you celebrate it everywhere you turn, why not have fun with it?
Especially when some of my favorite cool and quirky designers from 3.1 Phillip Lim to Charlotte Olympia and of course, affordable retailers like ASOS and Target all have fun that can work on Vday and beyond.
With that idea in mind, I went shopping for a few Valentine’s Day outfit ideas that will work for any date night you have planned from a gala to a bar. *Single and ready to mingle? Check out our post on 3 fab single lady Valentine’s Day activities.
Get into these five outfit ideas for what to wear on Valentine’s Day!
For a Fancy Dinner
This is your night (because Valentine’s Day is clearly all about the girl) so feel free to be as feminine and frilly as you want. Leopard pumps will add a bit of sass.

For a Gala
You can dress up and still be sultry. A slinky gown with a slit will do the trick. Add a romantic touch with red bow pumps from Aminah J. Hillil and a scarlet clutch.

For The Club
There’s nothing like looking super hot for a night on the town with your significant other. A cutout gown and mesh pumps are as sexy as they come. Complete your look with a bold red lip.

For a Casual Date Night (Bowling/Movies)
If you’re not into the hoopla and would much rather keep things low-key, a heart printed sweatshirt and silver oxfords are fun, comfortable and festive without being cheesy.

For Hanging Out at the Bar
Drinks at the bar sound like the perfect night out for you and your beau? A graphic tee, sexy mini skirt and leather jacket strike the perfect balance between flirty and edgy.

What are your Valentine’s Day plans, Glamazons? What are you planning to wear?
