Even though Halloween literally just passed, experts say now is the best time to start holiday shopping. I know, I know: can Thanksgiving at least get here yet? But to nab all the sales and deals, you want to start picking up things a bit at a time, starting now. It really saves you a headache. Since I have a big family to shop for, I’m all about choosing stores that make the shopping experience easier. And my hardest shopping task by far is getting electronics for my dad and brother because I generally have no idea what I’m looking for or even talking about when it comes to tech stuff…#thestruggle.
Shopping at Sears with my Dad for Father’s Day…since he won’t be there when I shop for Christmas gifts for him, help is needed.
Sears has this new “Meet With An Expert” service (Sears.com/ExpertAdvice) that allows you to book an associate to shop with you. They’re like your personal shopping coach, helping you compare models, answering your questions and more. I can’t tell you all the times I could have used this! If you’ve ever had a hard time searching for someone who works in store and then trying to keep their attention while they have to tend to other customers, you know what I mean. This completely alleviates that headache. And the best part is they stay with you as long as you need them to!
Scheduling is easy. While you’re shopping online, you just click on the “Meet With An Expert” option and complete the pop-up form. They’ll call you back right away to confirm an appointment. Oh! And I almost forgot: they email you after with a recap of your shopping trip with the items you discussed, which is SO convenient if you want to continue weighing your options and purchase something later.

I’m planning to take full advantage of this service for holiday shopping (as I have no clue which Smart TV to buy otherwise) along with the Reserve It program I mentioned before.
