Being totally honest here, I didn’t think the Scandal x The Limited collection would be nearly as luxe as it looks (I mean, it starts at $50!). The inspiration from Her Highness Olivia Pope‘s wardrobe is quite literal with items that could easily pass for the high-end designer pieces Kerry Washington wears on the show.
There are pieces inspired by Liv‘s gorgeous wrap coats and her famous white and black lace sheath in the new Limited collection, a collaboration between Washington, Scandal wardrobe stylist, Lyn Paolo and The Limited’s head of design Elliot Staples.
It’s like being able to shop in Liv‘s actual closet!

Kerry Washington told Entertainment Tonight: “There is a little bit of white in this collection. A lot of that Olivia Pope palette of neutral colors, creams and grays, and taupe and white and then maybe some bold black and white because that’s a little bit of an Olivia Pope staple as well.” Naturally.
AND we also saw a heavy dose of plaid pieces, which also happen to be super on trend for the Fall 2014 season!
