QVC Offers Best Beauty Products In The Biz!

Lately my New York life has been pretty dismal. While I won’t bore you all with every single crazy detail, I will say that I’ve been a bit bummed about tons of things going on that are (ultimately) out of my control. However, I refuse to let my “hard knock life” get me down. There are way too many beauty products for me to slather on to be stressed!

With that said, my product prayers were answered when I received an invitation a couple of weeks ago to attend a QVC Beauty Breakfast. I had no clue what to expect, and what I did see once I arrived definitely lifted my spirits. WOWZA! All of these amazing brand experts/creators on hand for me to talk to (that’s all of them pictured above). I had no clue that QVC sold so many amazing beauty products! Here are just a couple of my faves that I came across while there (and believe I went to every booth and tried every product..talk about beauty heaven!)

You may be looking at this picture going “What the heck is that?!” but let me tell you Glamazons, it’s probably one of the best beauty gadgets that I’ve come across in a long time! This set is called the Bliss Pore-Fector Gadget and Two-Piece Facial Set. Using sonic vibrations, it deeply cleans pores by removing grime and build-up. The facial toner tightens pores while hydrating and softening skin. The brand’s rep tested it out on my hand and all I can say is that it took Jesus and all of his disciples for me not to steal the whole set and run out the door with it! It’s kind of pricey ($189.00; QVC.com) but seems like a good investment in that it will probably allow you to skip a couple of monthly facials. *Breaking BLISS news: Be sure to check out my good gal pal Katie Welch as she helps to sell the best in spa-inspired to QVC today! Check out QVC.com for air times.*

No, this isn’t a mirage you’re seeing. It’s actual makeup from skincare brand Philosophy! This is the divine illumination divine satin-finish illuminating powder ($30.00; QVC.com). I squealed with delight when I got my hands on this product. (Quite embarrassing thing to do, but luckily the brand reps were just as excited to share the products with me, so they totally understood hahaha) Available in four shades (light, medium, tan and deep) this stuff gives you the convenience of a pressed powder but goes on as a loose powder for a lightweight, sheer satin finish. Its micro-fine powder technology helps to soften the appearance of fine lines, pores and imperfections leaving you looking fresh and radiant after application. You can wear it alone (my choice!) or over foundation.

Makeup artist Mally Roncal is definitely one of my faves so what a treat it was for me to see her there at the breakfast! Although pretty much all of her products are amaze, this turns out to be a good thing in that other people must feel the same. So, it only makes sense that she created this awesome Mally Share The Love Eight-Piece Color Collection With Brush ($73.75; QVC.com). From eyes to lips, it contains everything you need to create a beautiful makeup look.

Another nice surprise was to find beauty brand Kate Somerville present! I haven’t gotten my hands on any of their products since I worked at The Magazine. Well known in LaLaLand (that’s industry speak for L.A.) among celebrities, it’s pretty pricey stuff but works beautifully! Although I have no dark circles, bags or sags around my eyes (it’s because I’m obsessed with eye cream and apply it religiously morning and nightly) I’ve still noticed some serious results in just the short time that I’ve been dabbing on this CytoCell Eye Dermal Energizing Treatment ($75.00; QVC.com). You know, I’m starting to get Crow’s Feet (EW) and this stuff has already helped to dimish ’em. (YES!) It contains P-199, which helps to treat visible signs of aging around the eyes. It also diminishes the appearance of dark circles (for those that have ’em), improve smoothness, add radiance and increase firmness.

Now, if only I could attend beauty events like this every day! It would make my life so much better. I hope that you get to try these products out for yourselves, Glamazons! Let me know what you think about ’em once you do.

xo
