A Day in The Life: NARS “An Afternoon of Beauty” Event at Nordstrom Perimeter #NARSATL

I knew that an afternoon getting makeovers with NARS Fall collection would be glamazing but our #NARSATL “An Afternoon of Beauty” event was even more fun than I imagined.

Renowned beauty bloggers Style and Beauty Doctor, Lexi with The Curls, Baby Shopaholic, Fashionista Next Door and I turned a swank room on the second floor of Nordstrom Perimeter into a beauty oasis.

Attendees chose between five beauty looks, inspired by each beauty blogger:

Then, NARS certified artists got busy painting their faces to perfection. Not to mention, they were the first to try out NARS incredible Fall 2013 collection!

“The Glamazon” look combined a bold cat eye liner with light blush and a killer red lip using NARS Via Veneto liner, Taos blush and Jungle red lipstick.

I loved that the lip and liner stayed put all day long (literally, it was still on at the hotel that night) and Taos blush gave me a gorgeous hint of color and soft glow.

NARS blushes compliment dark skin so beautifully which, I learned from one of the artists, is partially because the inimitable Francois Nars created a few shades for his best friend, Naomi Campbell. *GAG*
