Glamazons,
We can’t stop obsessing over how amazing the Michael Costello Spring/Summer 201 6 show was. Bold punches of color and flowing silhouettes, reminiscent of iconic ’70s style, danced down the runway with awe-inspiring grace.
Models stunned with loose side-swept curls, luminous makeup and matte, icy-pink lips. Created by NARS International Lead Makeup Stylist Uzo, their eye-catching makeup look was inspired by Micheal Costello’s desire to bring the vibe of a Studio 54 pool party to the catwalk.

So the trick for wearing this icy pink lip on dark skin like ours? Essence beauty editor Nykia Spradley reports from backstage: “Line the outer corners with a deep fuchsia shade.”
We can’t wait to channel our inner ’70s siren and try this look! Would you give it a try, Glamazons?
Ciao Bellas,
Glamazon Margo
