Glamazons, being totally honest, I was so skeptical of the white boot trend at first. I didn’t love how people were styling them, I felt like they might get super dirty, etc. etc. I finally broke down and bought a pair before Fashion Week — super comfy with a thick, short heel — and now, they’re one of my favorite Winter shoes.

Believe it or not, they complement more pieces in my closet than I realized. In fact, one of my favorite looks is my red puffer coat paired with a black sweater, jeans and my favorite boots. How did I get over my white boot fear? With a few tips curated from street style stars. Read on for more.
How to Style White Boots:
Treat them like a neutral.
These aren’t your Easter Sunday shoes. White boots can be styled with just about anything, much like your favorite black or nude shoes. Think outside the box and get creative with your styling, whether you team your white boots with a printed dress or a red sweater and high-waisted, cropped jeans.
Don’t be tempted to go matchy-matchy.
You don’t have to pair your boots with white accessories or white separates. The more contrasting colors, the better.
They look amazing teamed with a bright or printed piece.

If you really want a bold look, consider wearing dark colors with your white boots.
That pop of ivory will make you stand out … in a good way. My fave uniform? A black sweater and shades, a printed skirt, and a killer pair of white boots.
