GRAMMY Week: Lincoln and ESSENCE Magazine Present Black Women in Music Event Honoring Janelle Monae

Starpower, entertainment and luxury go hand-in-hand, don’t you think? GRAMMY week kicked off with ESSENCE Magazine’s 2nd Annual Black Women in Music event on Wednesday and will culminate with the Awards show on Sunday. At the ESSENCE soiree at Playhouse Hollywood, honoree Janelle Monae and special guest (and one of my fave rappers) Big Boi from Outkast arrived in a luxury car to match the style and class of the event: the 2011 Lincoln MKX Crossover. Now Glamazons, this car has Coutura written alll over it! Hot, right?
