Can you believe that almost seven years into the blogging game I still get excited about new haircare launches? The latest one to come across my inbox is from Boho Exotic, a hair extensions manufacturing company that recently launched a line of organic multi-textured haircare products.
What stood out to me immediately is the ingredients. Boho Exotic boasts argan oil, coconut oil, lanolin, beeswax, algae, keratin and flower extract as some of their key ingredients, while refraining from using alcohol which dries and damages the hair. Their conditioner can also work as a protein treatment as it includes hydrolyzed wheat and soy protein.
The line has a good range of cleansing, conditioning and styling products. It includes Color Shield Conditioner and Cuticle Conditioner and Naked Shampoo as well as Exotic Curl Styling Gel, Argan Oil Styling Cream, and Baby Hair Beeswax.
Since I recently colored my hair as you guys know, the Color Shield Conditioner stood out to me as a way to reduce my color from fading over time. I’m also styling my hair in wash-and-go styles lately so I love that it thickens the hair which makes for a fuller ‘fro.
