While it’s probably a “duh” question to ask when it comes to whether you’d do something like dye your hair for film role (who wouldn’t?! especially if the money is good!) we have to remember there are those among us who would never do such a thing as dye their hair (Glamazon Christa even admits to being a hair dye virgin!). There are others out there such as myself who would probably die if she couldn’t get her hands on some hand dye! (A woman NEEDS it cc: my girl Felicia Sullivan)
The reason I’m asking you this question is mainly because I forgot to mention to you that Blake Lively has dyed her tresses red (ok, ok..I didn’t really “forget” to tell you about it…I just got super busy and didn’t quite get around to it) for a new film that she’s taping called Hick. According to people.com, the Chanel handbag spokesperson admitted that she definitely doesn’t feel like herself with red hair (which is part of the reason she dyed it red).
Another person who recently dyed her hair red (then back to its former hue 24 hours later) is Khloe Kardashian. While she probably just did it for attention and not for a movie role, I do think it’s rather interesting that she did and even said that she definitely felt like another person after she did so.
Also, on a different “colored” note, actress Abigail Breslin appeared on the red carpet of a Vanity Fair Tribeca Film Festival bash looking all grown up with blonde locks also stating that it’s for a big movie role she has in the upcoming film New Year’s Eve with Sarah Jessica Parker. (Side note: Hopefully she won’t start to think that just because she’s got blonde locks she needs to turn crazy a la Britney Spears or Lindsey Lohan.)
Just in case you’re reading this and thinking that you’d love to dye your hair but don’t have a million bucks to get to the hair salon to do it, here are a couple of at-home products that will help you to do an amazing job at home as well as lock in that fab color:

What do you think, Glamazons? Do you think these celebs look better before or after their newly dyed hair? Would you ever go through a dramatic hair dye change?
