I’m going to be honest: I only wanted to join this new #FabFit challenge for vanity reasons at first. As I told you before, my heart’s deepest desire is to get back to this size:
While I love my new curves (I was shaped like a toothpick pretty much my whole life), I do want them to be a bit more toned and defined than they are now (see below):
And that’s why I’m currently obsessed with yoga:
But #FabFit is about more than just losing weight.

The #FabFit challenge is about living healthy lives — from the food you eat to the fun exercise activity that gets you moving to the peaceful rituals you embrace to heal your spirit and mind.
I’m joining the fitness challenge along with my blogger besties Christina of LoveBrownSugar and Lexi of LexiWithTheCurls and it will span from June 1st to July 13th. The goal? To make exercising and eating right second nature.
I hope that the changes I make in my diet and exercise regimen fit so seamlessly into my lifestyle that I continue them long after the #FabFit challenge ends. I want that for you, too.
Speaking of which, here’s how to join us: post on social media using the hashtag #FabFit about the first challenge: “Cleanse.”
The “Cleanse” challenge, which will last from June 1st to June 15th, is all about good nutrition, clean eating, great recipes, juicing, drinking lots of water, etc.
Trying out a new fruit and veggie smoothie? Sticking to a strict diet of salmon and kale (like me, lol)? Committing to drinking water (and cutting out soda)? Giving up processed foods altogether? Post about it and use #FabFit! Joining is as simple as that.
