#NYFW Backstage Beauty: Honor Spring 2014- Hair, Makeup & Nails

Glamazons,

It was love at first sight when I laid eyes on the beauty looks from the Honor Spring/Summer 2014 runway show at New York Fashion Week. The whimsical ponytails, barely-there makeup and pointed nails with girly details were refreshingly feminine, but not in a childlike or girlish way.

Of course, the trendy folks at Beauty.com are behind this look. Romy Soleimani created the makeup look and James Pecis executed the hair.

Inspiration:

Here’s what the Honor designer Giovanna Randall said was the inspiration for this dainty beauty look:

“For Spring 2014, I was imagining fireflies in a forest of birch trees at the darkest hour before the dawn. I was thinking about transitions and the idea that the end of something is always the beginning of something else.”

Get The Look:
