Glamazons,

I’m going to be honest: I’m not a sporty girl by any means. I only started wearing sneakers so I could get around Fashion Week without wanting to saw my feet off at the ankle (and because skirts and sneakers are officially a trend). But other than that, I’m girly in every sense of the word. Still, I couldn’t pass up this season’s bomber jacket trend. They’re so comfortable, they’re the perfect way to refresh your style if you’re tired of wearing the same old leather or denim jacket, and most of all, you can customize them.

Bomber: Forever 21 | Shirt: American Eagle | Skirt: ASOS (Old but love this one) | Shoes: Cole Haan | Clutch: Anya Hindmarch (Sold out but love this one)

I got this bomber jacket from Forever 21, and immediately started adding cool patches. There’s a patch or pin for everything, from my initial (“J”) to my favorite desserts (ice cream and macarons) to the word “blessed” which is my daily reminder to be grateful. And we can’t forget the pin my cousin made me, featuring my school picture when I was a little girl. That bow is serious, lol. I’m a true believer in personalizing your jacket with patches that will bring a smile to your face during the day, or at least start conversation. Shop some of my favorite patches here.

And the best thing about bomber jackets is they go with everything now: sweats, denim and yes, skirts like mine. If you’re not a huge ballroom skirt kind of girl, pencil skirts, pleated skirts and denim skirts also work perfectly.

I’ve got 3 cotton bomber-like jackets that I’ve had for years (and would totally wear with anything!) but would love one similar to yours! The patches are super cute! Loved this Fall Fashion Blogger Tour!
