TRY THIS: @TataHarper Skincare Products

Hey Glamazons! One of my favorite things to do is try new skincare products and, luckily, I’m a beauty editor/turned blogger so there’s no shortage of them coming in for me to test out. I’m not saying this to brag or anything, but more just to say that it can sometimes get hard for me to try everything. #firstworldproblems I know. However, I can honestly say that I’m so glad that life has slowed down enough for me to finally test these Tata Harper goodies that have come my way and WOWZA they are amazing. I’ve been using them now for the past couple of weeks and my skin had never been more dewy and glowy. They are all so beautifully scented and relaxing. All of the products from Tata Harper are 100% natural and non-toxic. Tata and her team have developed each product from scratch and contains no generic fillers or pre-made bases. So, naturally, the price tags are going to be a bit higher, but trust me when I say they are definitely worth it. Check out reviews of my faves from the collection below:

Regenerating Cleanser

The first thing I noticed about this cleanser is that there’s no foam. It also contains gentle exfoliants, which was another surprise I didn’t expect. I rubbed all over my face and it rinsed clean. The formula contains no soaps, detergents or alcohols. Key ingredients include:

-Apricot seed powder and pomegranate enzymes: Deeply cleanses, exfoliates and reduces the appearance of pores to help the skin look firm and healthy

-Grapefruit and bergamot: Naturally antiseptic and antibacterial to help tone, detoxify and ease congestion in the skin

-Willow bark: A natural source of beta-hydroxy acid to encourage cell renewal and slough off dead skin cells, allowing new skin cells to surface

-Aloe vera: Naturally stimulates healthy cell growth to repair damaged tissues and repair skin

-Pink clay: Helps to reduce the appearance of pore size, detoxify the skin and stimulate circulation while exfoliating and cleansing

Rejuvenating Serum

I followed up after washing with the cleanser with this serum. I only need about two pumps to get out enough to cover my entire face, which is pretty awesome! I immediately noticed that after application, my skin was practically glowing. I also found the serum to be super soothing. Key ingredients include:

-Narcissus bulb: Helps to slow down the aging process, increases firmness, elasticity and cell durability while decreasing wrinkle depth

-Date palm: Significantly decreases wrinkles, slows down the effects of aging, increases collagen and improves natural defense mechanisms against oxidative stress

-Willow bark: A natural source of beta-hydroxy acid to encourage cell renewal and slough off dead skin cells, allowing new skin cells to surface

-Spanish lavender: Reduces appearance of wrinkles by inhibiting muscle fiber contractions

-Witch hazel: A strong antioxidant that helps minimize pores and reduce the appearance of redness

-Natural sodium hyaluronate: Helps to carry benefits deeply into skin’s layers to retain moisture and minimize the effects of aging

-Menyanthes trifoliata: Stimulates collagen and acts as a cellular shield, deflecting free radicals and protecting cells from oxidative stress with strong antioxidant properties

Restorative Eye Creme

When I get super tired, the one place that it shows is underneath my eyes. I tend to develop bags and my skin around there just looks like a dull, dusty mess. UGH. The #momlife struggle can be real sometimes! I recently moved, which was hella exhausting. I’ve been using this eye cream around my eyes and can honestly say that not only does it feel soothing upon application, but it also helped to decrease the baggage around my eyes as well as gave me that well-rested look I so desperately needed. LOVE. You can also use this on the skin around your lip area as well. Only one pump is needed to get product around each of the eyes. Key ingredients include:

-Buckwheat wax and arnica: Helps reduce eye-area puffiness to visibly diminish appearance of bags

-Eyebright flower: Gently brightens the eye area

-Carrot seed oil: Nourishes and protects the delicate skin around the eye

-Date palm: Decreases wrinkles and slows the effects of aging, increases collagen and improves natural defense mechanisms against oxidative stress

-Safflower: Helps preserve the skin’s barrier, maintaining maximum moisture levels and improving skin health by retaining lipids

-Helichrysm essential oil: Contains powerful toning and regenerating qualities

-Menyanthes trifoliata: Stimulates collagen and acts as a cellular shield, deflecting free radicals and protecting cells from oxidative stress with strong antioxidant properties

Resurfacing Mask

There is nothing I love more in life than a good face mask. Side note: Ok, I like Starbucks coffee a bit more. Actually, if I could drink my Starbucks coffee while wearing my face mask, that would be heaven to me! Anywhoodle, this one goes in my Face Mask Hall of Fame. It felt very rich, so a little bit takes you a long way. I applied to my skin and let sit as instructed. Actually, I applied and then ran off to get #Arterbaby’s bedtime routine started. I left it on my skin for about an hour and a half (a bit longer than instructed since the directions said to leave on for 20-30 minutes), but no matter. It didn’t burn or feel tingly/weird and I was amazed at how soft and lovely my skin look/felt when I gently wiped it off with a warm towel. It’s advised to use this once a week (I like to use once every other week) and can also be used as an overnight spot treatment. You can also use it up to three times a week if you have oily skin or to help alleviate breakouts. Key ingredients include:

-Pomegranate Enzymes: Provides deep cleansing and pore minimization

-French Pink Clay: Reduces appearance of pores and helps detoxify skin

-White Willow: Eliminates dead skin cells and promotes cellular renewal
