Why is Empire like my new favorite show? With Empire on Wednesdays and #TGIT on Thursdays, I am overwhelmed with all the good TV shows to watch these days — especially when the stars dress as fabulously as Cookie Lyons and Olivia Pope. Speaking of which, isn’t Cookie’s style getting more glamorous by the episode? Cookie’s style evolution is reportedly connected to her character’s development: as she gets more acclimated to the current trends (17 years after she went away to jail), we’ll see more up-to-date fashion moments from her.
