I tend to hang out with some quirky, adventurous folks so I wasn’t at all surprised when I got the request to find a pair of denim overalls. Andre 3000 wore some onstage at Coachella and the look was just as bold and fearless as you can expect from a man who calls Prince his idol (Prince was backstage, by the way).
Andre‘s outfit even inspired this hilarious Twitter post of a forlorn, similarly-dressed cat (to capture just how disappointed Andre was in the Coachella crowd that only got excited for “Hey Ya”…le sigh):
But I digress. Andre Benjamin, who happens to be one of my favorite rappers, rocked a vintage pair of workman overalls with a tie-dye shirt and a sweatshirt from his son’s high school underneath. How sweet is that!

BTW, he wore this black and white jumpsuit with a tag that says “For Sale” and “Sold Out” to perform at Coachella on Weekend 2:
There could be 20 think pieces on the significance of that tag alone. Love that he keeps it interesting.
