A Day In The Life: #TargetStyle Fashion Show PLUS How I Wore Their Black and White Trend

Glamazons,

You guys followed my adventures at New York Fashion Week through our #NYFWCrawl but what you didn’t know is I started the week off with one of my favorite shows of the Spring 2014 season: the Target fashion show.

My seat at the Target fashion show

In addition to the brilliant dances that occurred between themed runway shows (with dancers dressed in Target’s signature red and white colors), I fell in love with the outfits. Target fashion seems cooler and more sophisticated than ever this season.

One of the trends that stood out was black and white. The contrast is so bold and stylish whether you go for colorblocking, prints (houndstooth was all over the runway!) or a tuxedo blazer.

To translate the trend for everyday, I went for one of my fave prints: polka dots with a cute Target dress paired with one of their structured blazers.

I accessorized with platform pumps, a fedora and my new Phillip Lim for Target bag.

Gorgeous accessories were on display. I need them all!

I am thrilled to announce that I will be working with Target for the next couple of months showcasing their latest trends! I would love if you followed along on the blog and on Twitter and Instagram at #TargetStyle and #TargetGoesGlam. Will be fun!

Kisses,
