You’ve heard me rave about Eden Bodyworks and I’m sure you’re all “we get it, the line is amazing!” So I thought it’s time for me to stop yapping about how much I love it and actually let you try it for yourself.
As you know, I’m crazy for Eden Bodyworks Peppermint Tea Tree Hair Milk (above) and the Coconut Shea line (that curl defining creme is a miracle worker, I tell you!). But I only recently got into the Jojoba Monoi line.
My fellow #NYFWCrawl-er Lexi introduced me to it to add a little shine to my hair and protect it from the New York City humidity.
And Lexi‘s hair stays laidt, so I knew it was worth a try.
If you follow on Instagram, you know I’ve been rocking Limelight Extensions. My leave-out was suffering Saturday so I used the Eden Bodyworks Jojoba Monoi shampoo and deep conditioner to replenish its strength.
The conditioner specifically targets over-processing, damage and dryness with what I like to call its “super-natural” ingredients: coconut oil, jojoba oil and monoi.
After rinsing, my hair felt moisturized (but not sticky), soft and manageable and the texture was even a little silky (heyyy!).
I then sealed the moisture in with the Eden Bodyworks Jojoba Monoi oil (which comes in a spray but I spray it into my hands and then apply to my hair).
And on the extensions, I used a dime-sized amount of Eden Bodyworks Jojoba Monoi hair milk and braided them for a wavy look. The milk is super lightweight yet it created defined waves. And smells like a flower, lol.

And the waves held up days later:
I was impressed the waves and shine held up in the humidity — Lexi was right!
