So Glamazons I told you all about my experience pre-shopping the Maison Martin Margiela for H&M collection (did any of you guys shop it?) but not what I wore to the event.
It’s terribly cold in NYC but I still don’t have a coat (I know, terrible) so I thought if I’m going to freeze, I might as well be stylish!
I wore a trench from the Lanvin for H&M line (yes, I get my money’s worth from these designer capsule collections) that features a cute zebra print.
Like any real fashion editor, I kept the rest of my outfit dark with black tights and my new Maison Martin Margiela for H&M booties. Yes, I wore them out of the store. You’re judging. Please stop.
Oooo and I rocked my hair in a trendy top knot and gave the look some attitude with my fave Azealia Banks for MAC “Yung Rapunxel” lipstick.
My bag is on the floor (my grandmother would kill me for that) but it’s a patent leather bag by Juicy Couture.
There you have it. A little sass for a great shopping trip! The look ended up on Essence.com’s Street Style gallery, which of course, made freezing well worth it.
