VIDEO GLAM: Solange Knowles “Losing You” [Full Video]

It’s here! Glamazon Solange Knowles released the full video for “Losing You,” directed by Malina Matsoukas, last night and I am in looove.The vibrant, color-rich wardrobe, styled by Ty Hunter and Solange and selected by Asanda Sizaniwas, ELLE South Africa’s Fashion Director, are a perfect complement to the beautiful South African landscape.

Set in Cape Town, Solo and friends partake in joyful activities like riding bikes, jumping in pools and hitting up food trucks while she sings wistfully about love lost.

Solange is simply stunning in a voluminous ‘fro with glowing, flawless skin and a pop of color on her lips. The mixed prints (Kenzo, DVF, J.Crew, Suno, Opening Ceremony!) add to the quirky, retro vibe.

Seriously, it could’ve been shot in the ’80s. The clip is so visually stunning every scene feels like a photograph.

    I like the video. I dont think it matches the song though. I'd like to see the video with a song that has more of a carefree, party vibe. If it was about "losing love," she should have added a nice looking gentleman and a tiny bit of a story line and it would have been perfect. She looks fantastic though!
