2012 Emmys: Kerry Washington Sparkles in Vivienne Westwood

You know Glamazons, I love a gown that leaves me breathless on the red carpet and I totes expected to see that when Kerry Washington arrived at the 2012 Emmys. To be honest, I wasn’t completely wowed by her look.

Don’t get me wrong: she looked incredible. Her blush sequin Vivienne Westwood Couture gown was a beauty.

And smartly, she wore her hair in a bun off her face and accessorized with Fred Leighton jewels and Christian Louboutin taupe ‘Pigalle’ pumps that didn’t compete.

But I didn’t fall out on the floor, faint and get my life for this look. That’s all I’m saying.

You know I’m biased when it comes to Kerry (she called me cute!) so she gets a GLAM for me. What do you think, Glamazons? Did you love this gown?

    Love the glamour of the dress and it is simply beautiful. Good choice of accessories. She is lovely. I understand why you feel it's not drop dead. Must be saving the knock out for her best actress Emmy win next year.
