Fashion News: Blake Lively Weds Ryan Reynolds in a Marchesa Gown and Christian Louboutin Shoes
To be a guest at Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds‘ wedding would have made my year, seeing as how Blake is my style crush. The ultimate Glamazon tied the knot with her handsome beau Ryan Reynolds over the weekend. Details are emerging about the South Carolina nuptials and it sounds like glamour meets southern charm (aka my dream wedding).
The “Gossip Girl” star wore a custom Marchesa dress and shoes by Christian Louboutin. This combination is perfection. The ballgown featured hand-draped silk tulle bodice adorned with crystal and rose gold embroidery. I can only imagine how beautiful she looked! Pictures. Please!
Blake‘s bridesmaids wore blush silk chiffon gowns with crystal detailing also by Marchesa. Ryan‘s groomsmen kept their look classic opting for Burberry suits and custom leather suspenders.
And get this Glamazons, Blake‘s enchanted wedding was brought to life with the help of Martha Stewart‘s Wedding team. Now you know that was one beautiful ceremony!!
Another bonus? The couple exchanged vows at the Boone Hall Plantation. The same plantation that appeared in “The Notebook.” How romantic? *Somebody pass me a Kleenex* As you can see, I’m a sucker for love.
