Glamazon Adrienne Bailon is now making a name for herself in the Reality TV world. The singer was one of many reality tv stars on hand for Project REALism, organized by WEEN (Women In Entertainment Empowerment Network). Adrienne was there to represent Style Network’s “Empire Girls.” By the way, I love that show. LOVE! Adrienne is so charming on it and it’s one of the few, ahem, positive shows out there.

One reason I tune in (religiously) is for the fashion and Adrienne never disappoints when it comes to style. For the event, she rocked an adorable Opening Ceremony Ruffled T-Shirt Dress and Giuseppe Zanotti Booties.

Her Opening Ceremony dress features a dropped ruffled skirt and a casual T-shirt top, both adorned with a subtly textured abstract pattern. How cute is this dress! It’s the perfect flirty frock and a great color for Fall.

Adrienne teamed her rust-colored dress with Giuseppe Zanotti platform ankle booties. The peeptoe booties boast a 5.75 inch heel with wide lace-up front, side buckle and side zip.
