GLAM OR SHAM?: Alicia Keys Debuts A New Bob Haircut

Well, isn’t it a new day when a superstar that’s not Rihanna is switching up their hair? Beyonce stepped out with box braids for the first time since her Destiny days and now, looky here, Miss Alicia Keys has a bob.

Glamazons, I am all for this new move! Really my fashion/beauty blogger heart is swelling with pride. Alicia‘s hair has been long since she stepped on the scene in cornrows and my God, that gets boring after awhile.

This new look shows off her beautiful features and makes her look young and super stylish.

She posted the above pic on Instagram with the caption:

“Look what I done did!!;-))) its an‪#aknewday‬ in EVERY way!!!! ;-) )))”

Of course, what’s a hair change without some promotion? “New Day” is the lead single off her fifth album, which she’s currently working on. Her boo, Swizz Beatz, even plugged the record too like a good producer husband:

“My baby done cut it all off :) New Day 4 real amazing !!!!”

OK, guys, I am head over heels in love with this look!

    I love Alicia's new look, her facial features are highlighted & she looks flawless! Extensions & long hair are def outdated, it's past time we get fresh, new looks for a fresh new year!
