If there is one pair of designers that I’d have to say I LIVE for, it would be the Sachika Twins, To-Nya and To-Tam. On Valentine’s Day, I attended their Fall 2012 show and it was sweet! America’s Next Top Model winner Eva Marcille did her thing strutting down the runway in nothing but fierceness. She was the perfect icing on the cake for the show. Miss USA, Alyssa Campanella also walked in the show, in my opinion she and Eva were the best models to showcase the looks.
Inspiration:
The collection was called IVANKA “If We Ever Meet Again,” and the show began with a short film to give an introduction on the mysterious yet sexy collection. Inspired by fictional muse IVANKA, it was as if the models were on a secret mission, complete with gun props.
Key Looks:
Wool crepe, leather, faux fur, silk chiffon, charmeuse, delicate lace and suede spun into gorgeous cocktail dresses, jackets, capes and more. It was completely glam!
Who I Could See Wearing The Collection:
I could totally see of course Eva Marcille rocking the collection as well as Jennifer Lopez or Kelly Rowland.
