Good Afternoon, Glamazons! I hope you’re enjoying this fab day! Speaking of fab, over the weekend while trying to catch a glimpse at the Giambattista Valli for Impulse at Macy’s Collection, I fell hopelessly in love with the Karl Lagerfeld for Macy’s collection.
I purchased a couple of dresses including that chic form-fitting one and a faux crocodile skin vest (looks sexy in all the right places). Pure heaven. The best part? Even though the collection has been out for only 6 weeks, I was able to get the dresses which were originally like $120 – $150 for 60% off. MAJOR win and the highlight of my week! Next up: Versace X H&M, hehe!

Lady Gaga May Be Releasing a Fragrance Soon for All Her Little Monsters
Jim Shi, one of my favorite fashion editors, announced via his Twitter page, that Lady Gaga may soon release her very own fragrance called Monster. We could see the fragrance as early as 2012, which is right around the corner.
With the flood of celebrities releasing fragrances like Halle Berry, Mariah Carey, Kim Kardashian and Justin Bieber, it was only a matter of time before Gaga hit the scene and released her own. New York & L.A Didn’t Make The List of Top 10 Shopaholic Cities in the U.S
Glamazons, this is news that even shocks me. When it comes to the Top 10 Shopaholic cities, New York, the fashion capital of the world and the City of Angels don’t make the list! Surprising, but the study is based on sources obtained from government, the Citi and 3rd city providers so it has to be legit, right?

Accessories Council of Excellence Dubbed Nicole Richie Influence of the Year
Nicole Richie has certainly come far since her “Simple Life” days. The designer, mom and entrepreneur was dubbed influence of the year at the ACE Awards. Bravo! Here’s what Nicole had to say about the honor:
“To me, success isn’t measured by dollar signs. It’s really about paying attention to feedback and talking to my customer and I’m able to do that with the various appearances I do — and also through Twitter and Facebook.”

Katy Perry Finally Chooses a Name for New Fragrance
Glamazons, remember we reported that Katy Perry is releasing a fragrance? Well, she finally decided on a name. The fragrance is entitled “Meow” and will come in the form of a cat. Cute!
Sounds like I was pretty close when I called it purrrrfect, huh? “Meow” will contain notes of pear, honeysuckle and vanilla. Glamazons, will you head to the stores later on this month to pick up the scent when it debuts? [WWD]
Marc Jacobs to Flaunt his Goods in a New Movie Role?
Marc Jacobs already conquered fashion design so naturally, he’s setting his sights on Hollywood next. The famed designer will star besides Jason Bateman, Alexander Skarsgard (ERIC Northman, I miss thee) and Paula Patton in the movie Disconnect. Marc will reportedly play the role of a “porn baron.”

SNL recaps Kim Kardashian’s Divorce
The SNL cast are something else! You have to see their hilarious clip spoofing Kim Kardashian’s divorce special. Kris Jenner’s character is by far the funniest to me!
Love that the girls are being good sports: Khloe tweeted that she loved Kris’ character and Kourtney said she ‘peed’ watching the video. Hilar!
