Call The Glambulance: Deena from Jersey Shore’s Color Contacts Matched Her Dress at the VMAs
Deena, a castmember from Jersey Shore, showed up to the 2011 MTV VMAs in a short rainbow-colored mini dress and gold glitter platform pumps. That was her first offense.
Her second? She completed her look with an errr, unique hairstyle and a pair of lime green contacts to match her dress. Ugh.
Glamazons, let’s just get straight to the point. There are so many things wrong with Deena’s ensemble I’m not exactly sure where to begin. In one statement, I can definitely say her look mortifies me. Ugh. Did she miss the memo that it was an Awards Show and not some sleezy club in Jersey?
Deena reminds me of a broke down little mermaid ::giggles::. Her look just isn’t doing it for me and it doesn’t help that she covered her beautiful brown eyes with green contacts.
She should have left the contacts at home and maybe opted to wear a dress that compliments her figure more. It’s clear from the photos that she struggled a bit with the dress even almost having a nip slip (see above).
Love her shoes but I’m a personal believer that if you have a show-stopping dress, your shoes shouldn’t take away from that.

Is it safe to assume that she and Lil Wayne shopped at the same store for their ensembles for the awards? Yikes.
