Handle Your Scandal: Thursday Friday’s Blatant Chanel Knockoff

Glamazons, can you believe how easy it is for one brand to steal anothers designs or even trademarked logo? I’m happy to say I’m not reporting on Forever 21 again as this time fashion brand Thursday Friday is the culprit. After being sued last year for knocking off a Hermes Birkin bag, the brand frankly doesn’t seem to care anymore.

Their latest tote called “The Diamonds Series” showcases pochettes with the Chanel classic flap handle and even the intricate quilted pattern looks the same. If you ask me, it looks like they just pasted the design on a bag! I’m surprised they didn’t go the extra mile and add the trademarked “CC” logo.

The similarities are pretty ridiculous not to mention the prices. They are selling the small pochette for $35, and the larger two for $65 and $90. WOW!

This is a scandal of epic proportions and Thursday Friday better handle it before Chanel does.
