Fashion Faceoff: Jennifer Hudson vs. Lindsay Lohan in Neutral Leather
We told you the leather trend was taking off!
Glamazon fave Jennifer Hudson and repeat offender Lindsay Lohan both tried the look on for size by mixing two trends: leather and neutrals.
At the 2011 Nickelodeon Upfront Presentation at Jazz at Lincoln Center, Jennifer Hudson wore a neutral leather Chloe dress with whipstitch detailing from the Resort 2011 collection. The stunning dress boasts a high scoop neckline and slight flared skirt. She paired it with a bang, flowing locks and pink peeptoe Mary Janes.
Lindsay Lohan appeared in court in a Raquel Allegra nude fitted leather dress. She paired the dress with black tights and strappy black booties.
Again, Lindsay Lohan’s dress doesn’t say court to me. In fact, with its high neckline and sophisticated flared skirt, Jennifer Hudson’s dress might have been more appropriate. For that alone, my vote is with JHud.
