Magazine Glam or Sham?: Lady Gaga Channels Marilyn Manson on i-D Magazine Cover
Gagapalooza! Lady Gaga followed her glorious Vogue moment with an i-D Magazine cover where she appears in a leather jacket and not much else.
Actually, she does wear tons of smokey eye makeup, black nails and lipstick and those weird body modifications that resemble horns which she also rocked at the 2011 Grammys. Bangs and a platinum bun complete the look.
Gaga, who was recently named Fashion Icon by the CFDA, has regrettably been compared to Marilyn Manson on this magazine cover. People are so terrible! But I have to say I do see a resemblance…
The dark makeup and the pale skin are indeed a dead ringer for Marilyn, but Gaga told People Magazine she doesn’t tan her face because it’s bad for wrinkles. So that totes makes the paleness okay and actually responsible, right?
